NGOs (preferably young NGOs, which have been working for a year or less) and non-registered initiative groups from 15 countries of the former USSR only (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Estonia) are eligible to apply for grants up to 8,000 USD.


Applicants are encouraged to apply for grant in one of the two categories:


  1. Advocating increased accessto treatment for HIV\AIDS and Drugs diagnosis
  2. Advocacy andimproved access tointegrated servicesfor prevention, diagnosisand treatment of TB for HIV-positive people


This program was announced yesterday and the deadline for applications is September 12th.

It is possible to fill the application in English, even though Russian language is preferable.
